30 Day Happiness Guarantee
If you are not completely satisfied with any product(s) you have purchased on floweringpharmacy.com, we will happily refund lightly used products or exchange for a store credit. We do not refund shipping charges. We do not refund for samples sizes including 3ml fragrances. We do not refund for candles that have been burned. Please notify us by email of your intent to request a refund or exchange first. To start the return process, see instructions below.Â
Shipping Timelines
New Product Launches – Please allow up to 14 days order dispatch for new product launches, as delays may occur due to a surge in order volume. Your order(s) and happiness are important to us, and we make every effort to ensure minimal delay.
Ground Shipping – 2 or 3 business days from receipt of order.
Priority Air Shipping – 1 or 2 business days from receipt of order. Perfumes cannot ship by priority mail due to postal regulations.Â
Pre-Order Items –Â We may deliver products in separate shipments.

Shipping Rates & International Terms
USA
Ground Shipping is FREE for orders $64.99 or more. A flat-rate charge of $6.99 will apply for orders under $64.99
Priority Air Shipping is $9.95 for non-fragrance products only.Â

International Shipping
For orders three pounds or less shipping to outside the USA, a flat-rate charge of $40.00. For orders weighing more than 3 pounds, please contact us for a shipping quote.
Certain products like perfumes are considered hazardous by the United States Postal Service and cannot ship by air, please contact us for shipping quote for these types of products. Any dutes and taxes in your country will be payable by the customer at the time on import.
Supply Chain Policy
From time to time there may be slight variations in packaging depending on supply chain management.
Returns
We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days from the date of delivery for lightly used products purchased directly from us. Shipping charges are non-refundable. To return an item, please follow the directions below:
1. All requests must be made in writing at hello@floweringpharmacy.com.
2. You must include a completed Authorization Form in your box and send it to the address below. We cannot accept a return without a completed Authorization Form.
3. Drop your return at any of these approved carriers; USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL

5. Upon receipt of your return a refund will be made to the same payment method used when ordering. Your financial institution may take up to 15 business days to post the refund to your account. We only accept, and process a return of product(s) purchased directly from floweringpharmacy.com.
Damaged, Defective, Lost or Missing Shipments
If a product is damaged or defective you are responsible for contacting us within four (4) business days from the delivery date in order to submit a claim. We will issue a return authorization for and send a replacement after the defective product is returned if requested by us.. We will issue you with a pre-paid shipping label. Please do not discard any product and/or packaging from the shipment.
We are not responsible for lost or missing shipments due to an incorrect or even correct address provided by the customer for products that were delivered as detailed by the tracking. This includes but is not limited to, a wrong or missing unit or apt number, wrong street address, city, etc. Please verify all information before completing your purchase.Â

Late Returns
Any item returned after 30 days from delivery is not eligible for a refund. All returns are subject to validation and approval at Flowering Pharmacy’s discretion.
